Natural Co’nseqUENCES
A tumultuous pursuit of harmony
This show is a reckoning,
a storm of consequence and resilience
where
fire,
flood,
and fury
become
the fabric of transformation.
Each design embodies the raw power of
a world demanding respect—volcanic
reds, hurricane-force drapes, and
silhouettes sculpted by the wind itself.
Sustainable design
repairing our relationship
with mother Nature
we Have challenged st.louis’ most
talented visionary designers with
embodying the spirit of natural
consequences through their creations.
aLLIGNING WITH A future of healing,
prosperity, and community.
We must recognize the first relationship
weve been given, before our jobs/day to
day. There is a divine connection with the
planet we inhabit and we must
reciprocate the love and care shown. IT
IS clear in our design and there are clear
translations within nature that show us
what balance looks like. And what it
looks like when balanace is disrupted.

Each design embodies the raw power of
a world demanding respect—volcanic
reds, hurricane-force drapes, and

This is nature’s revenge, a tumultuous
pursuit of harmony, fierce and
unapologetic.
THe fashion industry holds a devestating
footprint within our eco systems. Fashion
production factories utilizing polluting
machinery to streamline production, it is
often the same machines that require some
of the earths most precious metals to
operate. This extraction is aBusive to the
land and is justified in the name of
convenience. Industry Consumers experience
low quality fabrics that can be damaging to
the skin, but all is forgiven if it can arrive
weeks after being constructed and a day or
two after ordering. THis is what we call
fast fashion, and some of the highest
earning clothing brands benefit from using
these speedy but detrimental production
tactics. The growth of the fashion industry
should not permit the destruction of our
planet. fashion creatives have used their
innovation to produce the most exciting
and unique fashion statements without
taking more than they need from mother
earth. And what is truly amazing is using
materials in their most natural form to
recognize their beauty AND ENDLESS POTENTIAL

As a Black woman stylist and vintage curator, she is passionate about creating spaces where
Black cultural experiences and expressions are celebrated and reflected.
In a retail world where these voices are often missing, I aim to provide a space where
underrepresented individuals can feel reflected, safe, and empowered in their identity.
Through Liberated Roots Co, I curate vintage fashion, as well as, accessories, gifts, self-care,
and lifestyle products that honor both heritage and individuality, while fostering a
welcoming environment for all. Whether styling, collaborating with others, or hosting
events, I strive to create experiences where everyone can connect, express, and celebrate
themselves with pride
