Shipping policy

At this time, ALL PACKAGES WILL SHIP 3-5 DAYS AFTER ORDER DATE. 

LOCAL PICKUP at ROOTS OASIS, 2216 S. Jefferson Ave., St. Louis, MO 63104, AVAILABLE Thursday, Friday, and Sunday between the hours of 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. or at another time with prior arrangement. You will receive an e-mail and/or text notification letting you know when your order is packed and ready for pickup.

We take great care to ensure that all orders are carefully wrapped and shipped within three business days. Shipping rates are calculated by package weight and destination.

DOMESTIC/US SHIPPING

Domestic purchases are shipped via either UPS or USPS Mail with tracking depending on optimal rate and delivery time. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery. Express shipping and insurance are available upon request at the buyer's expense. Please contact us with any shipping requests you may have. Liberated Roots Collection is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
