SHIPPING COSTS

Are applied at checkout.  

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Processing and delivery does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Once a purchase has been made on liberatedroots.com, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. An email will also be sent once your order has been shipped.

For shipping, we use USPS and UPS.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Resale Items: All sales of resale items are final. 

Returns of new items must be  requested within 5 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Items may be returned for an exchange or refund.  Sale items and gift certificates are ineligible for return. Personal care and consumable items such as body creams, lotions, oils, candles, food, etc., are also non-returnable.  With the exception of defective items or non-customer order error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from all returns.  

ONLINE PROCESS FOR RETURNS
  1. Email liberatedrootsco@gmail.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to request for return.

  2. Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions for shipping your return. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
